Santa, Mrs. Claus and Santa's Helpers will be making calls to children on the following dates/times.
December 8th 3PM-4PM
December 8th 5PM-7PM
December 9th 5PM-7PM
December 11th 5PM-7PM
December 16th 5PM-7PM
December 17th 5PM-7PM
Please be sure your ringer is ON during these times on the dates you chose, some calls may be coming from a blocked number.
All submissions must be in by December 4th so we can assign children to volunteers. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
Please fill out ONE FORM PER CHILD, DO NOT combine all your children onto one form, thank you!
