Cardio & Strength class
This high energy cardio and strength exercise class incorporates basic calisthenics, kick boxing, functional sport-specific training, and resistance training using bands and hand weights. Participants will benefit by an increase in cardiovascular fitness, core strength, improved balance and flexibility.
