1:00 PM - 3:00 PM    Trunk or Treat - Preregistration for children participating in Trunk or Treat
Please join us for our annual Trunk or Treat and Golden Pumpkin awards. Golden Pumpkins will be awarded to kids ages 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-13 for cutest, funniest, scariest, and most original costumes. Also, we will have an award for best family, so make sure everyone joins in on the fun!We are offering pre-registration! It is not required, but it will speed up your check in process the day of the event!As always, we can't have a trunk or Treat without trunks! We are looking for volunteers to come and decorate their trunks and hand out candy to our little trunk or treaters. We let the adults vote for best Trunk, so you could win the golden pumpkin for best Trunk (that one happens to come with a $50  gift card attached). We do ask that if you are bringing a trunk, please register below.  This event has been getting bigger and bigger every year. Help us grow even more!There is no charge to participate in this event, but you do have to “ check out” at the end of your sign up process to finalize your registration.

Come play Bridge on Tuesdays at the Schlathaus Park Recreation Building, located on the corner of Myers Corners and All Angels Hill Road. Bridge is played by four players in two competing partnerships, with partners sitting opposite each other around a table. Millions of people play bridge worldwide in clubs, tournaments, online and with friends at home, making it one of the world's most popular card games, particularly among seniors. For purposes of scoring and reference, each player is identified by one of the cardinal directions and thus North and South play against East and West. The Semper Fi Parents group of the Hudson Valley have a group that holds their meetings weekly at the Town of Wappinger Recreation Building at Schlathaus Park, located at the corner of Myers Corners and All Angels Hill Road. They have a group of quilters that meet to make quilts, quilts for the local military heroes, service members that were KIA and also we send quilt to the hospital in Germany through Soldiers Angels. This wonderful organization is always looking for folks to help. They need volunteers of all skill levels to take on the different tasks involved in the process of making quilts.
